Please note, by commissioning Frampton Electrical Services Ltd. you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
PER PROJECT
Please contact us if you would like to discuss any electrical works and we will be happy to provide a written estimate.
PER DAY
Can be agreed in advance for larger projects covering multiple days, for a standard 8 hour working day.
PER HOUR
£75 first hour/part hour, then £45 per hour/part hour for subsequent hours.
Return visits for the same works within a 7 day period will not be subject to the first hour rate.
EICR
Electrical Inspection and Condition Reports
(Formerly Periodic Inspections)
£60 per Consumer Unit plus £30 per circuit (Please note some fuses/circuit breakers may supply multiple circuits)
SHORT NOTICE VISITS
If we are required to schedule works at short notice for any reason which affects our planned schedule. £95 first hour/part hour followed by our standard hourly rate.
EMERGENCY CALL OUT
Out of hours emergency call out.
£150 first hour/part hour then £60 per hour/part hour for subsequent hours.
We will limit our time on site by making any faults safe, returning at a convenient time for any remedial works.
EXPENSES
Costs such as congestion charge, ultra low emission zone, toll roads, and parking will be charged where applicable.
LONDON WEIGHTING
Due to additional time and fuel costs, works within the M25 will incur an additional fee of £80 per full or part day.
Frampton Electrical Services Ltd. is not VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay on top of our prices stated.
These prices are per electrician and do not include material costs.
